3. What is your current schedule due to COVID 19?
We can import-export your order as per schedule. Any changes subject to availability of
the product will be notified you in advance. We accept Air/Sea Shipment orders.
4. How can I track my order after dispatch?
We will provide you the tracking number notification received from the airline/shipping line once your container is dispatched then you can track with respective shipping line or customer care. We may help you if you find the difficulties in tracking or if no support from shipping line services.
5. Do you do wholesale?
No, we work on MOQ basis varies from product to product.
6. Do you export frozen items?
Yes, we do export frozen items with
temperature controlled shipment by Air/Sea. You need to chose temperature control shipment whilst in check out.
7. Do you export meat and sea foods?
Yes, we export frozen meat and sea foods (raw/processed) products with temperature controlled shipment.
8. Do you export fresh vegetables?
Delivering fresh vegetables is our special. In hot climate, we export fresh vegetables via temperature controlled Air/Sea shipment.
9. What are the modes of payment?
We accept TT (Telegraphic/Telex Transfer), Advance Payment for most sought-after forms of incoterms like FOB, CFR, CIF.
